Aspasia's Theorem

Ep 1: Who is Aspasia? (Introductory Episode)

For people who know me, this podcast makes absolute sense.

I’ll first tell you a few things about who I am and where I come from and then I will describe this podcast’s heart. I found out there was a farm high school where this option existed and I had to go there.

I learned so much about the indigenous people and about theater and jewelry making and horticulture, the American culture. After high school, I went on to study business administration because I believed at the time that this would broaden my horizons and perception. Then I quit and got into a theater school in Sal. I continued my studies on theater at the University of Oklahoma and I later find out that I didn’t have what it took to be in that industry and went back to working in marketing and advertising.

Since what conventional doctors suggested was not sustainable or rational in my opinion, I began looking for ways to change things around to find an alternative solution, something that would make sense to me.

Kids in the Kitchen was a project designed by nine people, five scientists, two educators, a chef, and myself. In other words, the why is one and the same, and that is helping people make better choices, improve their habits so that they can be healthier, happier, and in doing so, they can help humanity and nature.

I try to have a beginner’s mind during my conversations with them and bring you, bring to you information and ideas that hopefully will help you change how you think or help you make better choices.
